Achieving and maintaining regulatory requirements is the cornerstone in security policies. Our Company always follows the norms, is constantly improving, harmonises with standards’ organisations and complies with international and European standards as well as with the Greek legislation.

INFORMATION SECURITY MENAGEMENT SYSTEM
Hellenic Central Station S.A. is the first Alarm Receiving Centre in Greece certified by TUV Hellas to the ISO 27001:2013, the only international standard with audit possibility, which defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System.
This is a key competitive advantage in terms of ensuring full compliance with the requirements of an Alarm Receiving Centre, and it highlights the particular attention our Company pays into information security.

POLICY TO PREVENT AND COMBAT VIOLENCE AND HARASSMENT AT THE WORK-PLACE
The social policy of our Company is based on human rights. These set out our minimum work standards and act as a complement to our corporate values. The Company, demonstrating zero tolerance for incidents of violence and harassment in the workplace, adopts this policy, in compliance with articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/19.06.2021, which ratified the International Labor Convention 190/21.06.2021 of of the International Labor Organization (ILO), regarding the elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work, the text of which was annexed to the text of the law, and which henceforth applies alongside the above-mentioned Policies.
